Chester Weekend Break – Saturday 20th to Sunday 21st March 2027

So many people have been asking when we will be repeating our amazing weekend in the beautiful city of Chester — so here it is!

Join us for a wonderful overnight break staying at the Moxy Chester City Centre Hotel on a bed and breakfast basisfrom Saturday 20th to Sunday 21st March 2027.

Our plan for Saturday is to leave quite early, with our usual comfort stop along the way and a stop for an early lunch. The coach also has toilet facilities on board.

Included in your package is a 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus pass, giving you the chance to explore the amazing sights around this historic city.

Chester is a uniquely preserved Roman fortress city, famous for its ancient city walls, beautiful black-and-white medieval buildings, the world-famous Chester Rows, independent shops, cafés, restaurants, and riverside walks.

There is so much to enjoy. You may wish to walk the Roman city walls, visit the Roman Amphitheatre, explore Chester Cathedral, browse the shops, or simply wander through the beautiful city centre at your own pace.

Chester also has a wonderful choice of bars and restaurants, especially along the canal close to the hotel. For this reason, I didn’t want to tie everyone to a hotel evening meal. However, the Moxy does have a lovely restaurant with great food if you prefer to relax there after a busy day exploring.

We will need a £20pp hotel holding fee to secure your space (will need to arrange this with Pat directly).
