🍴 FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

North Weald Market is also a great place to enjoy a wide variety of food.

The street-food area offers everything from Jamaican curry and chips to traditional pie and mash, along with coffee, snacks, Thai, Chinese and Indian dishes—including goat curry!

✈️ As the market is held on a working airfield, you may also spot historic aircraft arriving and departing during the day.

🚻 Clean toilets, including accessible facilities, are available.

💳 Cash is still king at many markets, although plenty of stalls also accept card payments.

🛍️ SHOP, DROP AND SHOP SOME MORE!

At an arranged time during the day, you’ll be able to return your shopping to the coach, where it can be stored safely underneath until we arrive home.

That means you can head back to the market and shop for even more!

🛍️ SHOP, DROP & SHOP AGAIN!

There’s no need to carry all those shopping bags around all day!

Tracie, your Tour Leader, will arrange a one-hour window with our driver when you can return to the coach, drop off your purchases and head back into the market for another browse!

Our coach will be parked right inside the market, as usual, making everything nice and convenient.

We will leave for home when the market closes at 3.30pm.
